10. Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Tone Computing Co. ("Tone" or "Company") is accepting pre-orders for its upcoming product, "Tone" (the "Product"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

10.1 Product Description and Features

  • The Product is currently under development, and features, specifications, and design are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Company does not guarantee that the final Product will have all features or functionalities described in promotional materials or discussed during the pre-order period.

10.2 Pre-Order Details

  • There is no limit on the number of pre-orders that may be placed for the Product.
  • The Company will produce the Product in batches. Batch One will consist of 1000 units and is expected to ship in Q4 2024.
  • Pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

10.3 Pricing and Payment

  • The price of the Product during the pre-order period will be as advertised on the Company's website or through authorized channels.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
